1. You can choose to post your message using just text or you can post your message with both text and a jpg picture of the milestone you're celebrating..

2. Once posted, your message will be approved before it goes on EastLink TV to ensure it falls within the "submission criteria". It may take up to 3 - 5 business days before your message is approved to go on EastLink TV.

3. Messages will not be allowed to exceed 30 days duration on EastLink TV.

4. Once approved, your message will be seen on EastLink TV in the Celebrations section with all other approved messages.

6. All inquiries about your posted Celebrations, including text changes, message removal, etc., will be accepted by email only using the following address sudbury@eastlinktv.com
